The minimum amount of space needed for on-site headshots at your location is 8x8x8. Our approach offers little disruption to your work environment and is efficient when working with large groups.

For businesses with ever changing staff, contract photo services are available! We will schedule a date every month where our team will be on location for updated headshots for new employees. This offers consistent branding across all departments and staff. If a new employee is unable to make the first date, we can always include them in the next date available.

Yes! We get it, getting your photo taken can be an uncomfortable experience for some, and our goal is to make you as comfortable in front of the camera as possible. For this, we are connected to a laptop where you will see your photos in real time, thus giving you the opportunity to select your favorite photo. That is the one we edit and deliver - no surprises, just satisfaction.

Absolutely not! If you have a branded wall or somewhere specific on location to use as a background, we are more than accommodating to bring your vision to life! We are able to light a scene to create consistent branding for each visit!

While this is the best practice for group photos, it is not the only option! We are able to take individual full body photos of your team and stitch them together after. We have ways to make sure each individual is proportional to the group - this creates a natural look for composite group photos.

Not a problem! We offer on-site pictures to relieve you work day from chaos, this way we can schedule a reshoot date at your location again! No need for your employees to miss work for a photo, we will meet at your location and get them back to work in 10 minutes or less.

We offer two types of headshot background options - full body backdrops and headshot backdrops. We currently offer Bright White, Black, and Gray full body and headshot backdrops. There is opportunity for more customized backdrops for headshots - marbles, grays, and other vibrant colors. Contact us and let us know what you had in mind!

Definitely! We are able to create PNG files (Deleted background photos) for all the headshots you are needing for an additional $25 per person. Large group discounts available - ask us how!
